A compliant website, even if the client has none
No site, or no access to it? We generate a domain-matched site with the SMS disclosures, opt-in language, and policy pages reviewers look for.
One short form. Every asset the carriers want: compliant website, policies, opt-in copy, and sample messages.
Built for the stack you already run
The compliance kit
Carriers reject campaigns over missing pieces. We generate all of them, matched to the client's business.
No site, or no access to it? We generate a domain-matched site with the SMS disclosures, opt-in language, and policy pages reviewers look for.
With the exact SMS consent and data-sharing clauses carriers check first.
Written the way The Campaign Registry expects, not the way a client describes their business.
Realistic message examples with required opt-out language baked in.
Consent flow copy and screenshots-ready opt-in language that matches your forms.
A clean client-facing document with your agency's name on it, not ours.
The same intake covers all of it. Pick the path, we shape the assets to match.
Standard brand and campaign registration for businesses with an EIN.
No EIN, no problem. Name-based registration with the right formatting.
Toll-free verification with opt-in evidence prepared the way verifiers want it.
Registering straight through Twilio instead of a CRM? Same kit, right format.
Vetted brands and high-throughput campaigns with the extra documentation they require.
Legal name, address, phone, and a couple of sentences about what the client does. About two minutes.
Website, policies, use case, sample messages, and opt-in copy, all matched to each other and to the business record.
Drop the assets into HighLevel, Twilio, or your CRM's A2P form and submit. A guide for each path is included.
The legal name doesn't match the EIN record. The website doesn't mention SMS. The sample messages don't match the use case. Every asset we generate is built from the same business record, so nothing contradicts anything else.
Yes. When you don't have access to a client's existing website, creating a compliant web presence for registration is permitted under carrier guidelines. What matters is that the site accurately represents the business and contains the required disclosures, which is exactly what the kit is built to do.
Yes. The assets are platform-agnostic. HighLevel is our primary integration, but the same kit works for Twilio direct, TextGrid, HubSpot, and any CRM that puts you through A2P 10DLC or toll-free verification.
Carriers control the review timeline, not us. Typical brand approvals come back within hours to a day, and campaigns within one to three business days. A correct first submission is the biggest factor in avoiding delays.
Brand rejections almost always mean the submitted business info doesn't match government records. Check the client's legal name and EIN against their CP-575 letter or opencorporates.com. The data has to match exactly, including suffixes like LLC or Inc.
Sole prop registration uses the individual's first and last name instead of a legal entity name. The intake form handles this: choose the Sole Proprietor path and we format everything accordingly.
We built this for our own client onboarding first. It's the tool we wanted to exist: fast, consistent, and correct the first time. As it matures we plan to open it up to other agencies.
Two minutes of intake. A complete, consistent compliance kit out the other side.
